Medallion Senior Living is set on 2 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an enclosed courtyard, walking trail and gazebo, we are considered one of North Dallas’ and Preston Hollow’s premier assisted living and Alzheimer’s communities. Located close to highway 75 and 635 on Preston Road, our community offers 102 apartments on two floors for easy access. Here our resident – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy assisted living.

Our common areas include our lovely dining room, library/TV room and activities room. In addition we offer a wide range of activities including parties; hobbies ,exercise programs, continuing education classes, outside entertainment and off site excursions. We are conveniently located in residential areas, near White Rock Lake, Jamestown Park, Churchill Park, North Park Mall, The Galleria, state of the art medical facilities are also close by, including Medical City, Presbyterian, Baylor of Plano and skilled nursing and rehabilitation if needed.

As part of a personalized care plan, Medallion can care for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia by providing care geared towards our residents. As part of Emeritus we have access to knowledge and expertise that includes specialized training for all team members to best serve our resident with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Partnering With the Local Neighborhood Community

Medallion Senior Living partners with professional organizations; The Dallas Alzheimer’s Association to remain active in the education of Alzheimer’s and partnering in annual fundraising event, Jewish Family Services conducting food drives, supporting the Social Workers in finding solutions and with Rabbi’s to provide discussion and support for our Jewish residents and neighbors, Saint Rita’s Catholic Church provides volunteers to conduct Catholic Services to our residents and Dallas International School who provide regular entertainment and volunteers to Medallion Senior Living.

Fine Dining

Medallion Senior Living offers three freshly prepared restaurant style meals with menu choices nourishing both mind and body. Begin the day with a full made to order breakfast followed by a large nourishing lunch and lighter dinner. Snacks are a regular part of the day for those who want a little treat between meals. For holidays and special events the menu is top notch with special requests encouraged. Residents are included in the planning process with monthly and quarterly food service meetings.
