Many of our dedicated staff members have been with us for years. All provide top-quality medical care under the direction of the resident’s own physician with a spirit of kindness and compassion. And, we encourage family visits and involvement. At Meadowview Health and Rehabilitation Center, we provide long-term and respite care. We treat all our patients according to a unique personalized care plan developed to help them feel their best and function with their greatest independence. Plans are updated regularly as each patient’s condition warrants.

To provide the greatest peace of mind and better meet your needs, we accept admissions and readmissions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We will be here for you whenever you are released from the hospital. You can be confident of receiving outstanding professional care. Meadowview Health and Rehabilitation Center has registered nurses on duty seven days a week.

So that all of our patients can conveniently receive the care they need to regain their strength and improve their ability to function, we provide on-site therapy services. Patients have access to physical, occupational, speech and restorative therapists who provide treatment according to each patient’s individual needs.

We have comfortable private and semi-private rooms, all with private bathrooms. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice and private-pay insurance.

Our award-winning activity program operates daily to offer games, recreation, outings, crafts and much more.
