About Us

Martin Luther Campus is nestled among acres of majestic oaks and towering evergreens. From our beautiful locations atop the Minnesota River Bluffs you will be uplifted by stunning river, wetland, and woodland vistas.

We offer a comprehensive continuum of senior services designed to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Owned by RDNT, LLC and managed by Ebenezer, Martin Luther Campus’ mission is to help older adults and others make their lives independent, healthful, meaningful and secure.

Living & Cares

Memory Care

Martin Luther Campus now offers memory care at Meadow Woods, an assisted living setting. Meadow Song Memory Care Community brings life and expertise together in a secured, engaging environment. This close-knit community has only 14 apartments so we get to know each other well and enjoy all the benefits of friendship and activity. Spacious private apartments filled with familiar belongings offer all the comforts of home, but one step outside the apartment offers everything from a favorite hobby, to a visit with friends, a movie, chapel, exercise class, or baking cookies.

Prairie Spirit, our care center's memory care neighborhood, provides a safe secure environment where residents with memory loss can be engaged in therapeutic and social activities while meeting their long-term health needs. Here, too, resident rooms may be decorated with furnishings and familiar items from home.

Assisted Living

Meadow Woods Assisted Living offers seniors, 62 or older, elegant studios and one-bedroom suites with many luxurious amenities.  Surround yourself with your favorite furnishings and décor in your own distinctive style.

Three daily meals, housekeeping and linen services are included so you can fill your days with activities you enjoy. You can also spend time in our craft room and chapel. The Martin Luther Campus van will take you on frequent excursions to restaurants, shops, movies and special attractions.

You and your family can be confident your needs will be met by round-the-clock, on-site staff. Our friendly and caring professionals can provide you with extra help bathing, grooming, taking medications, and many other health services you may need.

Spiritual Care

Our Spiritual Care Program supports residents, family members and staff in their continuing spiritual growth. All people of all faiths are welcome to participate. Martin Luther Spiritual Care Program has a full-time chaplain.  Our chaplain has been called by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America to serve Martin Luther Campus.  Spiritual Care is available on-site in a variety of forms, including chapel services, devotion and song, bible study, and special holiday services. On Sundays we offer Catholic and Protestant worship in our chapels.

Our chaplain also visits Martin Luther Care Center, Highland House, and Meadow Woods residents. Hospital visits, funerals, weddings, and memorial services may be arranged upon request.
