Life Connections™ Program at The Pavilion
Because caring for our residents' present and future needs is important, Manorhouse has developed an enhanced care program called Life Connections™ within a dedicated part of each community, The Pavilion, for residents who experience Alzheimer's Disease or other memory-related impairments.
Life Connections™ is a progressive care program which combines the Manorhouse philosophy of care with the most current dementia care research, treatment and services such as sensory stimulation, dining and hydration programs, reminiscence kits and life skills stations.
At Manorhouse, we understand that those with memory-related disorders, such as Alzheimer's Disease, have varying needs as their disease progresses. We have programs in place to appropriately address each resident's needs at each stage so that they are provided with care and activities that offer the level of assistance they need while fostering independence and respecting their individuality.
