Whether a resident is residing on a long-term basis or a short-term basis, our diverse team of healthcare professionals will develop a plan of treatment to assist the resident in reaching their optimum potential of rehabilitation. Prior to returning to independent living in the community, the resident will benefit from the use of the transitional kitchen, which ensures the resident is self-sufficient in meal preparation. They will also benefit from the transitional bathroom which ensures the resident is self sufficient in meeting their ADL needs.
