It is surrounded by 120 apartments, 16 villas, and many happy residents. Our busy retirees have the option of getting together with friends for lunch in the formal dining room, or choosing to enjoy the privacy of dining in their own homes.

In addition to the independent residences, a new assisted living wing offers 24 one- and two- bedroom apartments for residents requiring additional assistance.

The Assisted Living Building is the newest addition to the Magnolia Manor of Macon campus. Twenty-four brand-new one- and two- bedroom spacious apartments are perfect for older adults in need of assistance with activities of daily living including medication reminders, housekeeping, and personal care. Each apartment touts a kitchen with full-sized range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Residents of the new Assisted Living Building are sure to enjoy three deliciously-prepared meals a day and convenient access to the Linda H. Lane Resident Life Center. The Linda H. Lane Resident Life Center houses an on-campus beauty salon, fitness room, and heated pool for water aerobics and therapy. Regardless of the need, residents can enjoy an active life at Magnolia Manor of Macon.

In 1983, Magnolia Manor arrived in Macon, Georgia with a new independent living complex. Retirees have the choice of one and two bedroom apartments in this 120 apartment community. Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room and balcony/patio. Independent retirees can enjoy a carefree lifestyle with peace of mind knowing Assisted Living is available when additional care is needed.

The Linda H. Lane Resident Life Center was constructed adjacent to the Supportive Housing building with easy access for its residents and is open to all residents on the Macon campus. Active seniors can enjoy the pool, exercise equipment, aerobic studio, area for dining and/or meetings, and Beauty/Barber Shop. The Linda H.
