It is the people of Lutheran Hospice and the spirit in which they provide care that sets us apart. At Lutheran Hospice, hospice is a face, not a place. Lutheran Hospice brings a face to quality end of life care – the faces of our specially trained doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, caregivers and volunteers who provide support to families during one of life’s most challenging times.

Caring for the Whole Family

Lutheran Hospice eases the daily demands caregivers and families face. With support and training, caregivers and families learn how to meet the patient’s needs, as well as their own.

Lutheran Hospice services are available wherever the person lives – at home, assisted living and nursing centers. Our support to families and caregivers continues for over a year, with bereavement services that include personal counseling and support groups.
