When it’s time for hospice care, Liberty Hospice provides compassionate care and support for those facing life-limiting illnesses.

It’s important to know that hospice is a choice. It’s a choice that leads to enhanced life for someone facing end-of-life challenges. Our hospice services emphasize comfort measures and counseling to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support.

Anyone with a life-limiting illness such as cancer, heart disease, pulmonary disease, Alzheimer’s or HIV/AIDS (to name a few) is eligible for hospice care.
