When you move to Laurel Lake, the fees paid provide residency in the apartment or villa of your choice, with a complete package of services and amenities, plus the option of a lifetime Life Care contract for unlimited care in assisted living or skilled nursing should you ever need it.  You'll have a choice of Entrance Fee Plans, including 50% and 94% refundable options.

Nestled in the heart of Laurel Lake, Rosewood offers residents and their caregivers a homelike atmosphere, with a family-style kitchen/dining area and attractive family room surrounded by private and semi-private suites. Residents also enjoy Rosewood’s lovely sun porch and secure courtyard providing safe access to the outdoors.

Rosewood’s experienced staff encourage each person to take part in daily planned activities. Transportation is provided for physician appointments, shopping and other excursions. Prior to moving into their new home, Rosewood residents are assessed according to their specific needs and benefit from the use of personalized care plans.
