Our skilled nursing center offers Medicare rehabilitation and long and short-term residence. Services offered at the Nursing Center include room and board, skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social services, recreational activities and three nutritious meals per day prepared by our dietary staff.

At Lakeside, we strive to provide excellent medical treatment and care. Our highly skilled nursing staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Each resident’s personal physician is welcome, or if they prefer, our Medical Director’s team will follow their care.

Each resident is carefully screened by our professional staff, so we may tailor a program that is most beneficial for you medically, sociologically and spiritually. Our staff assists each patient in applying for any benefits for which they may be eligible. We will provide a wheelchair, gerichair, medical supplies, cable TV access, telephone, beauty and barber needs, etc. Here at Lakeside we make sure that each of our residents has everything they need to make their daily life the most pleasant it can be.

Lakeside’s rehabilitation program focuses on helping individuals return to their prior levels of functioning. With the addition of our new 2000 square foot state-of-the-art rehabilitation department, complete with simulated Activities of Daily Living areas, our skilled therapists work with each patient to help them once again become as independent as possible.
