Kit Clark Senior Services has helped older adults in Greater Boston live with dignity and independence in the community since 1974.

Named after Dorchester community activist Catherine (Kit) Forbes Clark, Kit Clark has an integrated continuum of services that provide support for about 4,000 elders each year. With over 200 staff and more than 30 program locations across Boston, Kit Clark has an enormously positive impact on the lives of thousands of senior Bostonians and their families.
ADULT DAY HEALTH
Kit Clark's Adult Day Health programs provide health and social supports in a group setting for adults who require nursing treatment or monitoring.
MEMORY LOSS PROGRAM
The Kit Clark Memory Loss Program provides a safe, friendly, and supportive environment for people with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss.
MADDEN SENIOR CENTER
located at 1500 Dorchester Avenue, Kit Clark's Madden Senior Center offers a wide variety of activities and services designed for seniors 60 years of age and older.
MEDEIROS CENTER FOR CHANGE
Kit Clark's Medeiros Center for Change is the first and only day shelter specifically for older adults in Boston. We strive to improve the quality of life for elders who face the lifelong challenges of aging, mental illness, addiction and homelessness.
Meals on Wheels are served daily Monday through Friday to home-bound seniors living in Dorchester, South Boston, East Boston, Roxbury, Charlestown, North End, Beacon Hill, South End and West End.
Frozen week end and holiday meals as well as supper bags and nutritional supplements are available as needed.
The Kit Clark In-Home Care program offers supports in seniors' homes. Assistance can include:
Housecleaning and Laundry:
Experienced staff assist with household chores ·

Professional staff help prepare for the day by assisting seniors with bathing, shampooing hair, and dressing ·
Meal Preparation:
Light nutritious meals can be prepared in the home kitchen ·

Homemaking staff makes trips to nearby stores for essential grocery items
