At Jefferson Place, health care is personalized to meet your individual needs and provided by experienced medical professionals. Should more comprehensive care become necessary, it is available on site. Our own staff therapists provide rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies with patience and encouragement.

Personal Care

At Jefferson Place, our Personal Care Services allow you to enjoy elegant living with the individualized care you need. We offer accommodations for those who may require some assistance or supervision with daily living needs and promote independence and individuality. Additionally, we offer a vibrant activity program and a selective menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our licensed nurses are on staff “around the clock” and offer as much or as little service as you may want or need, including the administration of medications.

Our private and two-room suites provide you with as much privacy as you desire, surrounded by familiar furnishings and personal treasures. Our fee includes amenities such as basic utilities and housekeeping services that allow you to enjoy a carefree lifestyle.

At Jefferson Place, we provide three personal care service levels. To make sure that you receive just the right amount of assistance to maintain your greatest level of independence, we provide a thorough assessment. A program of care is then customized to meet your individual needs and adjusted as necessary to accommodate any changes.

Skilled Nursing

At Jefferson Place, we offer personalized skilled nursing services. Our team of dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals works together with your family and physician to provide the highest quality care. Services are tailored to your specific needs and are delivered by staff specially trained to honor and enhance your life through their compassion and commitment.

Short-term rehabilitation:  To achieve the best outcome possible and improve your quality of life, each patient’s program of care is customized according to his or her particular needs. It may include physical, occupational, or speech therapy, or a combination of these services. Our goal is to help you prepare for your greatest level of independence when returning home.

Long-term Care: Some residents may require quality health care services on a long-term basis and we are proud to offer the area’s finest long-term care services.

Other Health Care Services:

• Twenty-four hour staffing by licensed nurses
• Physicians specializing in gerontology care on-call, 24 hours per day
• Pharmacy services with registered pharmacy consultant
• Medications administered by nursing staff
