Dawn Costanzo, RN and Paula Tharp, former police officers with 18 years of combined experience, ensure the quality care and service that Interim HealthCare has become well known for. Skilled Nursing

Our skilled nursing services are comprehensive and are provided by registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs).

Independent Living

Our independent living services are provided by homecare aides, certified nursing assistants, homemakers, and companions and can extend the ability of many people to live in their own homes.

Home IV Therapy

Home infusion (IV) services combine pharmacy and nursing services and make it possible for people to receive prescribed medications through intravenous lines or injections while at home.

Home Medical Equipment

We can also help arrange for medical equipment such as crutches, wheelchairs, beds, walkers, and oxygen.

Continuous Care

Many patients living at home require care for major portions of every day. Interim HealthCare is especially skilled at:
