Some of our services offered include Personal Care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, feeding, medication reminders, evening tuck in and morning wake up.

In addition we offer Companionship services such as meal planning and prep, going for walks, gardening, reading/writing assistance, accompanying on appointments, social activities, and medical visits, entertainment, caring for house plants or pets, games/cards, coordinating lawn care, movies, travel planning, visits, outings and trips and visiting with neighbors, family, friends and church.

Also available are homemaker services such as washing dishes, laundry, ironing clothes, taking out trash, changing linens and making beds, incidental transportation, monitoring food freshness and expiration dates, grocery shopping, general shopping, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning kitchen and vacuuming.

Many additional services are available according to an individual's specific and unique needs.

Our services are as unique as our clients.  No two individuals are alike and their care should be as unique as they are.  Once an in-home evaluation has been completed, we develop a plan of care that can include services such as the following:

Medication management, administration and reconciliation.

Nursing assessments icluding blood draws, blood pressure monitoring, glucose monitoring, post-operative monitoring and telemonitoring.

Treatments including dressing changes, foot care, enemas, management of tubes, drains and bags and management of urinary catheters.
