We are the only community that has two husband-and-wife management teams living on-site, and they are available 24-hours a day. Our managers are dedicated to providing the best retirement community and lifestyle in the area.

Indigo Pines is located just minutes from hospitals, doctors’ offices, and shopping. Our climate-controlled buswill be available to take you to scheduled appointments, shopping, and outings. There is a beauty/barber salon on-site for your convenience.

Indigo Pines offers spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features a private bath with a walk-in shower, or a walk-in shower/tub combination, individual heating/air conditioning, and an apartment-size refrigerator. We provide three delicious meals each day served in our lovely dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen service, cable television, and all utilities except personal telephones.

Indigo Pines Retirement Community is very affordable. In fact, our rents start low and cover everything but your personal telephone. Our residents will tell you that Indigo Pines is unmatched in the community for its food and services. Holiday Retirement apartments are the best-maintained communities in the retirement industry.

At Indigo Pines Retirement Community, there is no large entrance or buy-in fee and no lease. We rent month-to-month. A one-month deposit on the apartment of your choice will hold your apartment for one month while you get ready to move.
