About Us

At Indian Run Estates, your family and friends are welcome at your discretion. Each apartment has deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and fire resistant construction. Also, there is a lighted parking area for your convenience.

Indian Run Estates provides apartments for persons age 62 years or older, or physically handicapped or mobility impaired.

Pearl

Until the 1950's, Pearl, Mississippi was a rural farming area. With the influx of industry and people who worked in neighboring Jackson, Pearl became more suburban in nature.

Upon its incorporation in 1973, Pearl became an instant city of 15,000 people and the largest initially incorporated city in the state.
