We are a North Carolina Certified Personnel Consulting Service established to meet the growing need for quality, affordable domestic companion referral services.

As a referral service, we are unique in the Charlotte area by presenting a sumer-directed care model that results in client choice, client control, and greater affordability.

We have served Charlotte/Mecklenburg and surrounding counties for many years.

Services

At the direction of the client and the client's family, domestic companions provide the non-medical, domestic  assistance needed for daily living.

Companion Services

Our referral services allow a  domestic companion to be consistently available to you to provide uninterupted safety.  We refer companions to you in a manner that will always allow you to have a companion with you on the schedule you choose.

The services of the domestic companion commonly include, but are not limited to, the following:

•      Daily light housekeeping
•      Companionship and conversation
•      Medication reminders
•      Meal preparation, service, and clean-up
•      Laundry and linen service
•      Assist with completing exercise activities
•      Appointments, errands, Church, social activities, and visiting
•      Ensuring personal safety by monitoring all activities
•      Documentation as requested
•      Observing any changes in personal or mental well-being and updating famiy members
•      At your request, much   more.

Other Services

For those needing other types of household assistance, we can also refer appropriate domestic companions to complete a variety of non-personal care tasks.

Non-personal care tasks commonly include, but are not limted to, the following:

• House sitting
• Pet sitting
• Errands
• Household cleaning

Companions

Each domestic companion is throughly screened and carefully matched to each client, according to the client's preferences.

Safety and peace of mind are two of the important factors considered, along with compatability, kindness, work experience, and dependability.

If you are not satisfied with a referred companion, for any reason, we are always ready to refer another companion to you, at your request.

Screening includes:

• Criminal checks
• Work experience checks
• Personal checks
• Tuberculosis testing
