Home Health Aide Services

These services are provided according to the plan of care and are supervised by a Licensed Registered Nurse. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Bathing/Personal Care � Helping maintain personal hygiene.

Light Exercise Assistance � Simple exercise plans can be written by one of our licensed P.T.�s and carried out by a certified Home Health Aide. (Pictures)

Reminding Clients to take their self-administered medications or picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy.

Ambulatory/Transfer Assistance

Accompanying clients to Doctor appointments

Nursing & Therapy

Speech Therapy

Occupational Therapy

I.V. Home Infusion

Nutritional Counseling

Medical Social Services

Skilled Nursing Visits

Clients who are coming home from the hospital may be eligible for nursing or therapy services through their Medicare benefit and/or other insurance carrier. Contact us and we will provide you assistance with the process.
