Home Health Care

Hennepin Home Health Care, Inc. is a Medicare certified and state licensed home health care agency which provides all levels of home health care services ordered by a physician who certifies the need for the service.  Professional staff including registered nurses, and therapists, with the support of home health aides, personal care attendants and homemakers, assist individuals who require a skilled and medically based level of home health care services.  Nurse managed foot care services are provided on an individual and clinic basis.
