Healthy Home Care Inc. has been rendering quality home services since 2006. Our company is operated in compliance with guidelines set forth under state and federal regulations. Healthy Home Care Inc. is Medicare and Medicaid certified, state licensed. Our goal is to provide exemplary patient care that is well rounded and orientated toward the paitent's specific needs. Our dedication to quality patient care is depicted through our continued quest to educate and train all agency personnel, the preservation of staff with proficiency in various languages such as English, Spanish and Creole, and the ambition to provide and maintain coverage throughout all of the Miami Dade County for services rendered by the agency.

Services and Payers

Healthy Home Care Inc. and employees are licensed and certified by the State of Florida and functions in compliance with the guidelines set forth by Agency for Health Care Administrations and all State and Federal regulations. All agency employees are thoroughly screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement prior to their commencement of employment with Healthy Home Care Inc. Healthy Home Care Inc. performs at optimum levels while providing a wide variety of home care services including:

Healthy Home Care Inc. is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency. In order to provide quality care to all of our patients, our agency also accepts the following methods of payment:

• Private Insurance
• Workman Compensation
• Managed Care
• Self Pay
• Evercare

Healthy Home Car Inc. will verify all benefit eligibility and covered services before rendering services to the patient. We will notify the patient or the patient's family of any financial liability, which may incur by the patient and complete all related paperwork. The above services are available per visit throughout the calendar year as needed by the patient, ordered by physician and approved by the payer source.

Education and Assistance

Healthy Home Care Inc. is dedicated to the education and rehabilitation of the patient within the home care setting. Education and rehabilitation is provided to the patient by our agency in order for the patient to reach their maximum potential for health and function, self-respect and self-esteem. Healthy Home Care Inc. provides education and assistance in the following areas:

• Wound care
• Ostomy care
• Foley catheters insertion and maintenance
• Medication management
• Diabetic management
• Diet and nutritional needs
• IV therapy
• Administration of SQ-IM injections

The above services are available per visit, hourly, and/or on a continuous basis throughout the calendar year as needed by the patient, ordered by the physician, and as approved by the payer source. A registered nurse is on-call after business hours, throughout the weekened, and holidays to receive any calls regarding unexpected changes in a patient's condition or any other concerns the patient or patient's family may have. Satisfaction is our goal; therefore every service offered by our agency is continuously reviewed and reinforced to exceed standards of quality.
