The GUAVA Care Team

All of our GUAVA Care Team professionals have gone through a very thorough interview process consisting of reference checks, a criminal background check, drug screening, Adult and Child Abuse Registry checks and training under the supervision of our GUAVA Team Leader. We are licensed, insured and bonded, and our experienced employee caregivers and professional team members maintain up-to-date training and certifications. We at GUAVA value your input and ensure that your caregiver will be matched with your personality and level of care to accommodate all your healthcare needs. Our caregivers include:

• CNAs, companions and Home Health Aides that provide that provide personal care services and assist with daily living activities.
• Social workers who provide grief counseling, coordination of services, case management, care management and resources for coping skills.
• Therapists who provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for adults and children.
• Nutritionists to assist with all dietary needs and concerns.
• Skilled nurses that provide an array of services from wound care to IV therapy, catheter care, cardiac and respiratory assessment, diabetic care, cancer care, pain management and medication management.

The GUAVA Home Care Plan

GUAVA home and healthcare services will be customized to meet your needs. A qualified GUAVA Representative will complete a free in-home assessment that will be customized into a healthcare plan specific to your needs. If necessary, our Director of Care Services will conduct a full nursing assessment and design a personal care plan for you.
