About Our LivingCenter

We are a skilled nursing facility located in Trussville, Ala. Conveniently, we are about five miles from St. Vincent’s East. Because we understand how important it is to return home as quickly and safely as possible after a surgery or hospital stay, we offer short-term care to help make this possible. In addition, we offer long-term care, wound care, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. Residents are able to enjoy the outdoors in our beautiful courtyard or while relaxing on one of our porches or in front of the peaceful fountain.
