Short-Term Rehabilitation

Friendship Haven Healthcare was designed from the ground up with the rehab patient in mind. Designed specifically for “patient-centered” care, our short-term rehabilitation facility provides an extensive range of rehabilitative services and 24-hour skilled nursing care. After a stay in the hospital patients may only require short-term rehabilitation or short-term skilled nursing care. The goal is to help our patients return home.

Each piece of state-of-the-art therapy equipment was selected after careful consideration of our patients’ needs. Registered physical, occupational and speech therapists assist patients in achieving maximum independence and improved quality of life, with the goal of helping them return home whenever possible.

Medicare-Certified

Our facility is certified to meet all requirements of the Medicare program. When you receive services that are covered by Medicare, we will bill those services directly to Medicare. Our staff is very knowledgeable about the Medicare program and is available to assist you whenever needed.
