As America's aging population increases each day, Kindred Healthcare provides specialized long-term and rehabilitative healthcare in nursing and rehabilitation centers. Our nursing centers provide care to approximately 24,000 medically complex residents daily. Because experts estimate that as many as two-thirds of nursing home residents have some sort of dementia, many of our nursing centers have separate Reflections™ units run by teams of professionals who specialize in the unique problems experienced by residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

Peoplefirst Rehabilitation staffs and manages the rehabilitation departments in hospitals and nursing centers by providing contract therapy services. Such services include physical, occupational and speech-language therapies. Our therapists are committed to emphasizing a patient’s abilities rather than disabilities, and we use leading-edge technology to help our patients lead the most pain-free, productive lives possible.
