Our community is situated on 14 beautifully landscaped acres near the community of Upper Arlington, off of State Route 315 and Henderson Road.  We are just minutes from downtown Columbus, Riverside Methodist Hospitals, the Ohio State University campus and the Ohio State University medical center complex.

Unlike other continuing care retirment communities, The Forum at Knightsbridge has a monthly rental plan with no endowment, purchase or buy-in fee required.  We offer a wide variety of floor plans to fit nearly every budget, and our community is pet friendly. 

Our Services

Along with our Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s / Dementia Care, and Skilled Nursing health care center, we offer Transitional Assisted Living, Memory Care and Rehabilitation services so that our campus allows our residents to truly age in place.

No matter which level or type of care is needed, we provide our residents with a full complement of services and amenities.  Our residents and family members enjoy fine restaurant-style dining in an elegant setting, as well as a full calendar of regularly planned social and cultural activities to meet individual interests.

INDEPENDENT LIVING
Independent Living is for the senior who wants to maintain a rich and rewarding life, without the responsibilities of running a household.

ASSISTED LIVING
For seniors who need a little assistance with their daily routine, assisted living provides the opportunity to continue to live life with independence while getting help with tasks such as bathing or managing medications.

TRANSITIONAL ASSISTED LIVING
Transitional Assisted Living is catered specifically to our residents with early dementia.

ALZHEIMER'S/MEMORY CARE
Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs through our program called Bridge to Rediscovery.

SKILLED NURSING/HEALTH CARE
For seniors who have more complex medical needs or health challenges, our skilled nursing services provide 24-hour supervision and sophisticated medical services.

SHORT-TERM STAYS
For seniors who need care after a hospital stay, or when family members travel out of town or simply need a short respite break from the stresses of caregiving, these mini-vacations can do a world of good.

IN-HOUSE REHABILITATION
For residents who need in-patient or outpatient rehabilitation, we provide a wide range of therapies.
