If you are not familiar with our company and your first contact with us is online, we would like to tell you a little about ourselves. In brief, our company was established in 1977 and has been responsible for providing quality skilled nursing care for the past 33 years.

We are a small, homelike community of 56 residents which provides us the opportunity to give a more personal touch to the care we give. One of the things that contributes to the uniqueness of our community is our staff. Here at Fort Bend HealthCare our team is based on tenure. Over 50% of our fulltime staff have been with us ranging from 2 years to 38 years. What this means to our community is stability, consistency and quality care from a familiar face you've grown to know. Here at Fort Bend HealthCare, you are part of our family.
