Low-rise apartment homes cluster around the lake as well, with convenient lakeside walkways to the dining room and other amenities. Newer residences surround Windward Commons, the new community center, and many border preserved natural space.

Inside, residences are just as varied, with floor plans ranging from cozy to quite spacious. For your convenience, every home is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting and many features for your safety and security. Apartments

Some people select an apartment home in our independent living community because they plan a lifestyle buzzing with activity and travel, using their home only as a place to rest.Apartment floor plans include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus den, offering up to 2,000 square feet of living space. For convenience, upgraded appliances are provided, including a dishwasher and microwave. Two-bedroom apartments also include a washer and dryer.

Homes

At Fleet Landing, you will have a remarkable array of choices for single-family and duplex residences ranging from 1,100 to 2,200 square feet of well-planned living space.Floor plans include traditional as well as open, contemporary options, making it easy to select one that feels like home and suits the way you live.For entertaining frequently and hosting overnight guests, you may select a residence with an extra bedroom.
