Faithful Nurses has been in business since November of 2006. Licensed through the Department of Health and Human Services, we strive to stay in compliance with all State rules and Regulations, to better serve our clients.  James and Bridgette Williams are the founders and their passion for helping the community is a joy, which is demonstrated through their action and accountability.

We work with your primary care physician to better serve all parties concerned. A Plan of Care is completed by a Registered Nurse, which will give you or your loved one the guidance you need and deserve to improve your health.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES

In-home Personal Care Services provide a range of hands on assistance with your daily living activities such as; bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility and light house cleaning. Personal Care Service will allow recipients to live comfortably in their homes and give their caregivers the ability to function as usual.

COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM-CAP/ADULTS

This program is for disabled adults, starting at age 18 and above, who may qualify for nursing facility care but are able to receive hands-on assistance in the comfort of your home.

COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM-CAP/CHILDREN

This alternative is geared towards children from infants to age 18, who are at risk of institutionalization due to ventilators, tracheotomies, feeding tubes, severe seizure and more.

EARLY AND PERIODIC SCREENING, DIAGNOSTIC, & TREATMENT

(Recipients under 21)

Our goal is to improve or maintain your child’s health in the best setting possible. Short or long term hands-on assistance is provided in the comfort of the your home, day care or school setting.

RESPITE CARE SERVICE

For a limited time, a qualified in-home aide will relieve the primary care giver for a short range of time. Examples of why a caregiver may need these services include:
Vacations, Business trips, Family Emergencies, Hospitalizations and ETC.

SITTER CARE SERVICE

Staff is also available for non-medical care service. Families may have an aide to come in and accompany recipient for a couple of hours, while caregiver works overtime, run errands, handle family emergencies, etc.

SKILLED NURSING SERVICE

The following services are only provided by a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. They include:

• Wound Care Management
• Medication Administration
• Venipuncture
• Tube Feeding Management
• Catheter Management
• Tracheostomy Care
