Our philosophy at Excellence Health Care is simple, we care for your loved ones as we would our own.  As the owner, this is the concept that I truly dedicate my company to because my father suffered from diabetes, heart and kidney problems and my mother suffers from Alzheimer's disease.  This is what drives me to make sure that our patients are fully satisfied with the care that Excellence provides.

Excellence started business in June 2003.  We deliver personalized health care services to patients and their families in the comfort of their homes.  Excellence is committed to listening and adapting to the needs of our clients.

Services

Excellence Health Care employs a staff of dedicated caregivers that is thoroughly screened and credentialed, a process that includes a completed application, personal interview, professional reference verification, extensive background investigation, skill demonstration, and initial and annual competency exams.  EHC has more than 8 years of experience providing quality homecare services for patients with a variety of conditions.

Excellence Health Care and its team of in-home caregivers specialize in the following treatment areas, and offer the following homecare services:

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Our licensed therapists are available to assist you regain functional capacity, activities of daily living and speech capabilities.

Skilled Nursing

Our caring and dedicated Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses can provide a full range of nursing services, including skilled nursing visits, venipunctures and medication administration by injection or IV.

Wound Care

Our nurses are experienced in caring for pressure ulcers, wounds and are available for wound assessment. Our nurses can handle management of Wound Vac and Anodyne Therapy.

Social Services

Our licensed medical social workers are available to assist you in recognizing and utilizing community health resources.

Case Management

Along with regular visits for assessment and education, our nurses are available to assist you in managing your health care needs via phone. We will adjust to your needs and make available all resources to foster your recovery and independence.

Home Health Aide

Our caring home health aides are available to assist you with personal care.

Home Infusion Therapy

Our nurses are qualified in providing TPN, IV antibiotics and other IV therapies.
