At English Rose Suites we share a passionate commitment to change the landscape of memory care forever by surpassing all expectations for providing remarkable, loving and compassionate care to our residents.

We do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to care. We do not believe that memory challenges should prohibit enjoying and experiencing life. We believe each resident is an individual and deserves personalized care and as full a life experience as we can provide.

Clinical Services

Our Care Team of specialty trained Professional Nurses, Dementia Care Specialists and Home Health Aides who have consistent on-going training specific to Alzheimer's and other related dementias all provide excellent care on a daily basis. Because we believe in the palliative care model for care giving, residents have the reliability that a permanent team, low staff - to - resident care ratio and resident centered care approach provides optimal benefits to those living at English Rose Suites.

We encourage the residents and their families to take an active role in their own care and decision making whenever possible. Staff to resident care ratio is extremely high, which not only contributes to consistency of care but also indicates happy employees. English Rose Suites established Pathways to Growth & Learning in 2003. It is a method of teaching and learning that enhances education from the first day of orientation, all the way though the employment at English Rose Suites including frontline leadership. Through Pathways to Growth and Learning, we try to develop a learning path for each person in order to obtain the full potential as a Home Health Aide (HHA). It was created to enhance each HHA's skills through a specific learning path, as well as identifying individual strengths. Once the individual strengths have been identified, it is looked at how to share those strengths within the company and most importantly, with all HHA's.
