Emeritus at Mandarin is a big community with a small town atmosphere. We offer 3 apartment styles with each offering full kitchens. We offer studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms two baths; the community offers some of the largest apartments in senior housing.

Emeritus at Mandarin is 4 stories with 149 apartments; it is a big community with a small town feel. Each floor boasts an activity room and a view of our atrium. One of the best features of the building is our large pool and deck, perfect for those hot days.

Emeritus at Mandarin is part of the Jacksonville community hosting events to the public monthly as well as attending events throughout Jacksonville. We host many events to the public centered around educating seniors and the general public on these topics. One of our events that we are very proud of is our Labor Day picnic that we open up to the general public showing our appreciation for all of those in the community.

As an Emeritus community Mandarin participates in many local events helping bringing awareness to the local community. We are highly involved in the Alzheimer's foundation as well as other foundations dealing with diseases affecting seniors.
