With a wide variety of apartment styles, you are assured to find something that will fit your needs and make you feel at home. All apartments come furnished with a kitchenette (includes refrigerator). Warm paint colors are used to help you feel relaxed and refreshed. So, whether you need a studio or want something with a little more room like a one-bedroom, we have it for you!

Our beautiful Victorian mansion offers a comfortable homey environment with a wrap-around porch where you can have your morning coffee and evening cocktail. A winding staircase greets you in the living room, and multiple you’ll find multiple rooms where you can enjoy the company of others or watch your favorite show by the fireplace. We also have manicured courtyards with a garden of tomatoes, squash and cucumbers.

Assisted Living Services
At Emeritus at Eastover, we pride ourselves on providing services based on the individual needs of our residents. We continuously evaluate our residents to ensure that we are providing them with the best care. Each resident is evaluated before move-in, at the time of move-in and then quarterly. Our staff includes an RN, three LPNs and all care staff is CNA certified. We continuously expect care staff to attend training seminars to provide the best care for our residents.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
At Emeritus at Eastover, we are committed to the Emeritus Join Their Journey Program, our unique approach to Alzheimer's and memory care. This program encompasses many components that provide us the ability to meet each resident's and family's needs at each stage of the disease process. With monthly support group meetings held in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association, we support the journey the resident and family is experiencing, and we make available a resource library with the most up to date information and support.

At Emeritus at Eastover you will have the opportunity to join in Seniorsize (exercise) to start your day, and select from the many activities to fit your interests and lifestyle. Choose to enjoy an outing on the Cataba Queen, lunch and a tour of Lake Norman, or grab a cup of coffee from Starbucks and watch a movie. Then end your day by enjoy a wine and cheese social in the bistro.
