About Us

Elim Shores Independent and Assisted Living is an intimate, community-focused campus located on eight scenic acres on the banks of Mitchell Lake in Eden Prairie.

At Elim Shores, residents enjoy a family-like atmosphere, caring staff and a sense of comfort that comes with knowing their changing needs will be met without having to move.

Within our 64 apartment building, there are a number of floor plans available, making it easy to find an apartment that fits one’s needs.

We offer six different one bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 590 square feet to 763 square feet. There are also two bedroom options ranging from 980 to 1,118 square feet.

Some of our apartments have balconies overlooking lovely Mitchell Lake. All apartments can serve residents seeking assisted or independent living options.

Independent Living

All of our welcoming senior apartments offer active older adults independence and security without the responsibilities of home ownership. Residents have wonderful opportunities to connect with other members of their community through activities and outings while enjoying a host of other unique amenities in our cozy and comfortable apartments.

Assisted Living

Elim Care’s beautiful assisted living facilities offer tasteful, modern apartments furnished with all the comforts of home. Packaged service plans designed to meet a variety of needs and lifestyle choices are available to all our residents, ensuring an environment that enhances each individual’s quality of life. Most importantly, residents are able to maintain their independence while enjoying the company of others through shared meals, chapel services, special activities and social gatherings.
