ElderServe HomeCare is a service of ElderServe, Inc., the largest non-profit senior services organization in Louisville. For nearly 50 years, ElderServe has worked to improve the lives of older adults throughout our community and is recognized both locally and nationally for its outstanding programs and services to seniors. Assisted Care Services

ElderServe HomeCare partners with Guardian Medical Monitoring to provide our community with a full line of affordable equipment and services to support independent living. As you are well aware, falls and medication errors are two of the greatest risk factors for hospital and/or nursing home admissions among the senior population. Through this partnership, ElderServe HomeCare can now provide affordable solutions for these issues including:

Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) This device allows individuals to receive appropriate help at the push of a button. This system also features the ability to record and deliver messages at set times along with other accessories to support independent living.

Automated Medication Dispenser This “talking” pill dispenser organizes, reminds, and tracks the delivery of medications. A voice and flashing light informs the individual when it is time to take their medicine. With the simple push of a button, the machine dispenses the pre-loaded medication in an easy to handle medication cup. Should a dose be missed, the caregiver is notified.

Guardian Lockbox This device allows for access to the home for emergency responders without breaking down the door. It is an easy storage solution for house keys that can be accessed by a combination.
