Edendale Residence is conveniently located near the intersection of Eden Prairie Road and Highway 5 in Eden Prairie and offers affordable housing for older adults and younger disabled persons with qualifying low incomes. This community features 60 one-bedroom independent living apartments that are HUD subsidized (section 8 rental assistance). Edendale Residence provides Chaplaincy and Resident Services Coordination.
