Covenant Cares With Helping Hands
About Us
"Our passion at Covenant In-Home Care, LLC. is to provide the best quality of care in order to make life easier on those in need"

We are a locally owned and operated in-home care company that covers the Greater Charlotte Mecklenburg region, with an office based in the Southpark area. By providing non-medical companion and personal care services, we are able to help seniors and others remain independent. We offer hourly, Live-in, or respite services.
Andrew Martin and Ashley Alden started Covenant In-Home Care, LLC, because they are both passionate about helping others. Having both worked with aging grandparents and relatives, they are familiar with the stress that can come a long searching for the perfect care. Both have been throughly trained in running an in-home care business and are educated in working with clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, aphasia, and hearing loss. Andrew and Ashley are AFA Qualified Dementia Care Providers, and are involved in various continuing education programs/organizations for seniors. They are both Christians who base their business on a solid foundation of love for others.
Community Involvement
"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile" -Albert Einstein
Our responsibility as human beings, and as a small business, is to be able to give back to the community we live in by serving others. We have a dedicated plan to make sure we are involved in the area through Community Groups, Senior and Social Support Groups, and educational opportunities throughout local churches. We base our business on a belief that we are blessed in our lives, so we can bless others.
Covenant In-Home Care Services
Covenant In-Home Care provides non-medical companion/homemaker services to seniors, those recovering from surgery, new and expectant mothers, and others. Options include 24 hour live-in care or hourly care. Our experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers provide our clients with loving care and assistance to help make their lives easier and to retain their independence, while providing their families with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe. All of our caregivers are carefully screened, bonded and insured so you can trust you are getting the best possible assistance. If needed, our agency also provides services to individuals who may reside in an assisted living facility or nursing home.
Services
Covenant In-Home Care is the ideal solution for elderly or disabled individuals who want to maintain their independence and dignity by continuing to live in the comfort of their own homes. Our companions make their lives easier by performing many of the tasks which have become difficult and tiring.
Covenant In-Home Care recognizes the fact that certain illnesses and afflictions are more common to seniors. Therefore, we provide special training to our caregivers on communicating with persons who have Alzheimer’s and related Dementia, Hearing Loss and Aphasia, which ensures a higher level of care for our clients. If nursing or full home healthcare services become necessary, we can refer you to an appropriate home health care agency.
