About Us

At Courtyard Convelascent Center, our philosophy is to provide each person with the environment and assistance that promotes the greatest level of care while encouraging independence. A professional, interdisciplinary, medical staff, overseen by our Medical Director, provides comprehensive programs designed to assist each person to reach his or her maximum ability. We offer progressive rehabilitative and long-term care programs as well as short term or respite care. Services include 24 hour nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapies, specialized dietary services, recreational activities, pharmaceutical services, salon services, transportation, and much more!

A skilled team of physical, occupational and speech therapists evaluate the rehabilitation needs of each person and designs an outcome-oriented treatment program. They specialize in progressive rehabilitation and are qualified to treat a variety of conditions including neurological, orthopedic and post surgical complications.

Our Restorative Nursing Program is our way of providing continued focus on improvement and renewed independence once traditional therapy is completed, thus continuing to improve the quality of life for each person. We provide specialized restorative aides to continue the rehabilitation progress through this innovative program.
