At Country Hills, we offer a full array of rehabilitative and skilled nursing services.

We have a dedicated team of experienced health care professionals and a skilled staff available to assist families with funding resources.

We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services with in-house physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our therapists encourage involvement of family members and nursing staff to help our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Restorative nursing assistants provide support services in the areas of walking and other daily living skills.

The dietary department is staffed with a full-time registered dietician to clinically assess nutritional needs.

Delivery of meals to rooms is available to accommodate individual needs of residents. Dining areas are bright and spacious, with satellite kitchens.

Private and semi-private rooms with single, double or triple bed occupancy. Licensed professional nurses to provide 24-hour skilled nursing care. Nursing stations centrally located for convenience of residents and families.
