Private Duty Services

HealthTouch Home Care, Inc. is a Minnesota Class A Licensed Professional Home Care Agency providing an array of services designed to meet your needs and lifestyle. Services are available on an hourly or daily basis. Payment source is primarily private pay although some services may be eligible for third party reimbursement.

Skilled Services

Home Care Connections, Inc. is a Minnesota Class A Licensed Professional Home Care Agency providing skilled, intermittent nursing, therapy, social worker and home health aide services. Skilled services are provided as directed and ordered by your physician. Our Agency works closely with your physician, other health care providers and your insurance company to develop a plan that meets your special needs.
