The Conservatory Senior Living concept was developed as the result of a study we conducted of many existing independent senior living facilities throughout the United States. The results indicated a dire need to serve the Baby Boomer generation with value-centric luxury retirement living option - an active adult independent senior residential concept that offers a more common sense and constructive approach to the journey of prolonging a quality lifestyle during the aging process.

In essence, we confirmed what we had suspected all along: long-term good health is a reflection of proper nutrition, a sensible physical fitness program and retention of cognitive brain function. Our home health care and personal assistance services are provided by Medicare Certified Home Health Care Companies. Our home health care is a Medicare Certified home health agency committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary home health services delivered by an experienced team of healthcare professionals. Our goal is to develop an individualized plan of care under the direct supervision of a physician to return our patients to a life of medical independence as quickly as possible.

We understand our residents want access to reliable wellness services delivered in a familiar atmosphere by someone they know and trust. The Conservatory provides a variety of health and wellness offerings and ancillary services that add value to our residents' lives, while enhancing the marketability of our communities. Having these services available for our residents presents a distinct marketing advantage for us in a business environment that is becoming increasingly competitive.

Medical Eligibility

If you are a Medicare beneficiary and require skilled care, home health services may be paid at 100% no cost to you if you meet the following requirements:

• Home health services must be ordered by your physician and be medically necessary
• You need skilled care from licensed caregivers
• You need short-term or intermittent care
• You are homebound
