Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center
We are a 150-bed skilled nursing home specializing in short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy services, and long term care. As Westerville’s only not-for-profit we are founded on the principle that everyone deserves quality care.
Owned and operated by the Ohio School of the Deaf Alumni Association, Columbus Colony Skilled Nursing and Rehab prides itself on its specialized services and level of care we provide for deaf, blind, and deaf-blind residents, but also welcomes every resident with a need for our services. We believe in supporting a flourishing, resident centered community where people may interact with one another and express themselves freely without any impairment.
Columbus Colony maintains provides a wide array of care and services. We are equipped to provide a full range of Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing services. We staff Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapist and work with state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained staff to ensure a speedy recovery.

Governance: Our facility is governed by a board of volunteers, not investors, whose dedication remains focusing on upholding a higher standard of care and ensuring our resources are best used in upholding our mission and values.
Resources: We constantly reinvest our resources into our facility. We are continuously focused on increasing staffing, improving the facility, enhancing services, and ensuring staff, family, and resident satisfaction. Our focus is on caring for our residents, not benefitting stockholders or increasing company value.

Superior Survey Performance: The Ohio Department of Health conducts comprehensive surveys of all nursing homes on a yearly basis. This inspection provides an in depth look at our performance and care. We are proud of our survey record and hold ourselves to a higher standard in achieving outstanding performance.
