Colorado Seniors Resource Connection assists seniors by making the aging process a more enjoyable experience by reducing anxiety and eliminating the overwhelming task of finding appropriate senior housing. We strive to help make our clients relish their retirement years by understanding their clinical, social, financial, and geographical factors and integrating these key elements together to ensure that we advise them accurately.

Barbara Harmon, Eldercare Advisor
Background: Barbara has been working in the healthcare industry since 1995. Her experiences have primarily been dedicated to serving seniors through various positions such as Social Services in Nursing homes, Sales of Home Healthcare, Crisis Intervention Specialist, and Consulting for Assisted living facilities. Each of her previous roles required her to help seniors and their families navigate the various aspects of healthcare through the aging process. As a result, she has gained extensive knowledge of the numerous available resources for seniors throughout Colorado. Barbara deeply understands the unique needs of seniors, and more importantly, she understands their desire to live a life full of usefulness and their wish to maintain independence.
Brian Troccoli, Provider Relations
Background: Brian began working within the healthcare industry in 2002. He started his career marketing a highly reputable hospice organization. He soon realized his passion for working with and helping seniors navigate life decisions. During this pivotal time, Brian seized the opportunity to illustrate his marketing ability by networking and becoming an expert regarding any and all services related to seniors and their healthcare needs. Brian’s professional career was further broadened when he obtained a position marketing an exceptional group of long-term care communities and was responsible for needs assessments and financial eligibility. To further expand his business development skills, he earned his MBA in 2005. Brian’s passion is realized when the connections he makes for seniors provides them with the ability to maintain the highest quality of life possible.
