Chandler Place is part of the St. Anthony Senior Living campus that provides a continuum of care for residents. The campus includes Pearl Garden memory care and St. Anthony Health Center, a skilled nursing facility that offers long-term care, short-term care and a full range of rehabilitative therapies.

Chandler Place is managed by The Goodman Group. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, The Goodman Group has been a national leader in developing and managing residential and senior living communities, health care communities and commercial properties since the 1960s.

Aging in Place – Our Continuum of Care

Chandler Place is part of the St. Anthony Senior Living campus that provides a continuum of care for residents. The campus includes Pearl Garden memory care and St. Anthony Health Center, a skilled nursing facility that offers long-term care, short-term care and a full range of rehabilitative therapies.

As your health condition changes, additional services can be delivered directly to your apartment through Chandler Home Health Care, the on-site home care agency.

Residents of Chandler Place receive priority admission to Pearl Garden memory care and St. Anthony Health Center.

As couples often age at different paces, our campus provides the opportunity for couples at different care levels to continue to share time together and maintain a close relationship. Designed to provide different levels of care, the three care communities are connected by indoor hallways making it easy for spouses to visit one another, share meals and attend activities together.

Assisted Living

Our caring and professional staff makes all the difference. Supervised and well-trained, each staff member puts your needs and comfort first. Home health aides are on duty around the clock, 24 hours-a-day, each day of the year. Our licensed nursing staff is on duty seven days a week.

We offer a comprehensive menu of services, and you select only those services you need. Most services are provided in your apartment which includes a full kitchen and a 24-hour emergency call system.

We strive to be the best assisted living community in the State of Minnesota, and are proud that Chandler Place won the Excellence in Assisted Living Award for 2005. Our mission is to make Chandler Place a community that promotes fun, health and independence to our residents.
