Carepoint is a Charlotte-based Home Care Agency providing non-medical in-home care to adults and seniors who need assistance to remain independent in their home or place of residence.  Our experienced CNAs and Caregivers are available to meet your specific needs - options include hourly (custom hourly schedule), backup or respite care, daily rates, overnight care, live-in, and 24x7.

We are here to help and will always accommodate your changing wants and needs!  All Care Plans service plans are tailored to each client’s specific wants and needs following a FREE in-depth assessment from one of our RN staff members.  We do not subcontract any of our support— all employees are extensively trained and subject to background checks.

 Building and enhancing our reputation as a trusted and dependable Charlotte-based home care agency requires hiring and traininig only the most qualified CNAs and Companion Aides.  All of our caregivers are subject to a rigorous hiring process, including reference checks, drug screening, and background checks.  Further, we screen for experience and provide extensive training to all our staff prior to any in-home assignments. 
 
Finding the right “Fit”
 Prior to providing service to a client, we conduct a free in-depth Assessment to ensure we fully understand our clients’ medical history, allergies, daily routine, medical equipment, safety concerns, and personal preferences.   In addition to understanding the schedule and skills required, we recognize the importance of finding the “right” individuals for each of  our clients - our goal is your 100% satisfaction with every facet of our service.

Jeff and Jenni Rahrig founded Carepoint, inc. in July 2009 with the vision of establishing a comprehensive and flexible service offering to those wishing to remain independent in their home.  Jeff has been a Charlotte resident for over ten years and has extensive experience in the Technology and Human Resources fields where he has consulted and served in a corporate capacity for a prominent financial institution.  Jeff brings broad business, management, and entrepreneurial experience to Carepoint, inc., a company chartered with providing exceptional support to our clients, a family-oriented atmosphere for our employees, and a focus on giving back to the communities in which we serve.
