Clinical Oversight: We believe that all of our clients, even those receiving “non-medical” care, are better served with a medical professional overseeing their well-being. We provide a free, no-obligation in-home assessment by our Director of Nursing to help develop a custom care plan tailored to your needs. All of our caregivers make daily notes and weekly reports, which are reviewed by the Director of Nursing to ensure that our clients are safe, healthy and happy.

Top-Quality Caregivers: We have one of the most thorough employee-screening processes in the industry. We sort through dozens of applicants to find those few professional caregivers who share our high level of compassion and pride in their work. Rather than a short “in-house” program for novice caregivers, BrightStar caregivers come to us with years of experience and all of the skills needed to provide the best possible service. All applicants undergo drug testing, background checks, in-depth interviewing and reference checking. All personal care, such as assistance with hygiene, transferring, etc., is performed by licensed CNAs. And all of our employees are bonded and insured.

Our personal care services include personal hygiene care like bath visits and grooming, home safety evaluations to prevent unnecessary accidents, outpatient pre- and post-op support to ease stress before and after surgical procedures as well as medication reminders to stay on track with prescription doses. We also offer highly skilled services, like high-tech nursing for those in need of specialized neurological care, blood sugar testing, home infusion therapy, hospice assistance, a wide range of services for people with disabilities and/or special needs, pediatric nursing as well as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
