At Breckenridge Village, 18 Assisted Living suites are offered in a variety of sizes with customized features and levels of services and 

care tailored to meet your personalized needs.

Located on the sky-view level of the Nason Center, this unique setting provides individuals with their own special level of comfort and the opportunity for couples to continue to live together despite the fact they have very different levels of need. Residents enjoy the privacy of personal suites complete with private bathrooms and walk-in showers, while feeling secure in the knowledge that assistance is close at hand.

Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is provided at Breckenridge’s Fairmount Health Center (FHC). Renowned for excellence, FHC provides residents with a full range of therapies in its 100-bed skilled nursing center.

FHC completes the well-rounded continuum of care offered at Breckenridge Village and is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Health Center services include 24-hour nursing care; physical, speech and occupational therapy programs; a restorative nursing program; social, recreational and spiritual life activities; and social work services. Both private and semi-private rooms are offered.

Breckenridge Village is committed to staffing the Fairmount Health Center to exceed state licensure requirements, and to providing quality improvement programs and ongoing staff training.

Amenities at The Fairmount Health Center include an outstanding dining room overlooking a wooded walking path. There, residents receive personalized menu choices, such as made-to-order eggs. Meals are served plated (not on trays) and in a restaurant style by the staff, which provides a dignified dining experience.

Fairmount Health Center is known for quality as evidenced by its many deficiency-free surveys completed by the State of Ohio.

Senior Independence Home Care offers Medicare certified services for Lake, eastern Cuyahoga, and Geauga counties. Home Care services are available and uniquely integrated into the resident services on the Breckenridge Village campus.
