About Us

Branchwater Village where making a home for you or your loved one is our first priority. Branchwater Villageis an active retirement community where seniors enjoy life, dignity, choice an independence.

Branchwater Village is a uniquely designed community offering a home-like atmosphere along with personal services developed to meet the special needs of seniors. Our Village is located on a beautiful six (6) acre campus near medical, business and shopping services.

Because we understand a resident’s needs may change over time, Branchwater Village accommodates a variety of lifestyles and activity levels by offering both Assisted Living Units and Garden Apartments.

Unlike many retirement communities, Branchwater Village does not require any financial “buy-in” to become a resident of the community. Other than standard deposits, seniors do not have to invest any of their money in the community to become a resident. For convenience, residents/sponsors are invoiced for rents due the first of each month.

Our community gives residents and their families peace of mind, comfort, personal service and safety. Above all, we strive to insure that each resident of Branchwater Village is active, engaged and enjoying life.

Branchwater Village is a licensed retirement community located in Marshall County, Alabama. It is operated by Branchwater Village, LLC, an Alabama not-for-profit organization.

Assisted Living

Branchwater Village has thirty (30) spacious Assisted Living Apartments, consisting of six (6) suites and twenty-four (24) studio units. Each apartment has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, the units have a kitchenette area with a refrigerator and counter space for a microwave oven and/or coffee maker.

Garden Apartments

Branchwater Village has twelve (12) spacious Garden Apartments to accommodate today’s active seniors. These ground level apartments offer private patios and convenient parking. In addition, all residents can enjoy the enclosed courtyard and common activity room.

Activities

At Branchwater Village we pride ourselves on offering residents a variety of activities. Residents can pursue active lifestyles filled with social events, games, hobbies and the freedom to enjoy life.  Throughout the year we host resident parties to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other special events. At Branchwater Village we treat each resident as an individual and dedicate ourselves to enhancing his or her social, psychological and physical well-being.
