Best Care Home Health is a Minnesota based company, providing home health care services in Minneapolis, Saint Paul and surrounding metropolitan area covering the seven county Twin Cities area. Best Care Home Health has been in business for over 13 years.

Best Care Home Health is a full service home care provider offering nursing, rehabilitation, personal care and homemaking services. We are Medicare certified, Licensed as Class A and Assisted Living provider with State of Minnesota. Participates in the provider network for all major Health Maintenance Organization in Minnesota and Minnesota County Waivered programs. We also work with all PCA programs eligible under Minnesota Medicaid funds including the Personal Care Attendant Choice and the Consumer Directed Community Support options.

Our People:

Best Care Home Health has a staff of over 150 employees, including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, home health aides, personal care attendants, and homemakers. We are ready to meet your home care needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All patient care is supervised regularly by your personal physician to guarantee that you receive the best home health care service.

Best Care has pioneered the ideal of culturally sensitive care for aging ethnic populations in the Twin Cities Metro area. Best Care's Assisted Living Home for Hmong and Laotian elders in Brooklyn Center is first such place in Minnesota.

ALH employs Hmong & Laotian speaking staff. Residents are encouraged to participate in the choice of food and activities and celebration of ethnic holidays. Every attempt is made to help residents enjoy life in their cultural environment.
