Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging - Home Care

For more than 100 years, the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging has worked to improve care for older adults and their caregivers. Benjamin Rose is an innovator in service delivery, a leader in research, and an advocate for older adults in Northeast Ohio and nationally.

With support from an endowment fund, grants, fees for services, and gifts, the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging assists older people and their families in the Greater Cleveland area through cooperative, community-based efforts. Through service, research, and advocacy, we work to fulfill our mission of advancing the health, independence, and dignity of older adults. 

Our Home Care services are available in Cuyahoga, Lake, Portage, Geauga and Summit counties.

We are a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home care agency providing:

Our skilled nurses can help ease the transition back home following a hospital stay. We offer primary care to patients who have been discharged but still require home medical or acute nursing care. We also provide care to older adults who are chronically ill.

Our home care team will help you develop an individualized plan of care in coordination with family members and physician. We'll give you the care... and the support... that you need.
