Our management and staff combine more than 100 years’ experience and commitment to excellence in making Bellewood one of life’s better choices for our residents and their guests. Recent changes at Bellewood include a beautiful new multi-million dollar makeover with expanded facilities, a new town hall, exercise and fitness center, game lounge, sports lounge and other special touches to enhance the quality of life for residents, as well as beautiful works of art to enjoy.

Step into our lobby and you’ll sense a difference—a staff that cares about you and your needs. Bright, airy, spacious places to meet, dine, entertain and enjoy all the events, activities and good times at Bellewood. The beautiful George Tsutakawa fountain near our main entry serves as a cheerful, welcoming landmark on the Sammamish plateau.

Apartment living at Bellewood is about simplifying your lifestyle with services designed around you---from our concierge services to coordinate your transportation needs to housekeeping, dining, cultural, educational, travel and fitness opportunities. At Bellewood you can relax and enjoy yourself while we take care of the day-to-day tasks to make it possible.

Our residents are active, involved individuals who have traditionally taken part in the local community. Examples include participation in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, raising more than $10,000. Resident volunteers and fund raisers also support  the East Side Baby Corner, Friends of Youth, the local Medic One and local clothing and food banks, as well as other eastside community causes.

The Cascade Dining Room serves an array of delectable, nutritious meals, carefully prepared and beautifully presented for your enjoyment. Your monthly fee includes lunch or dinner daily, with an option to add meals for you or your guests. Room service is available.

Classes, fitness opportunities, events
The choices at Bellewood will keep you as busy as you like—or you can just relax. From book groups to seminars, tai chi to concerts, plays and special getaways, there’s always plenty to do and great folks to be with!

Our property is well-secured and maintained—with your safety in mind.

Complimentary valet parking
As a convenience to our residents and their guests, we provide valet parking at no charge. Rain or shine—you’ll stay dry and comfortable. Just drive up to the covered entrance and we’ll park your car.
